Data controller

The data controller for the purposes of applicable data protection law is Tunez. For privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at support@usetunez.com.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account, such as your email address and authentication data. We also store script and configuration data that you choose to save in the product. To localize the experience and time product emails appropriately, we may store your browser language and time zone.

We collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and interaction events to understand how the product is used and to improve the service. This data is collected through PostHog analytics.

If you verify your Tunez account for Discord access, we store your Discord user ID, username, and display name so we can link one Discord account to your Tunez account and manage access to member support and feedback channels.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract — to create and manage your account, deliver the service, and handle billing.
• Legitimate interests — to analyze product usage, prevent abuse, and improve the service. This includes use of PostHog for product analytics. These interests do not override your fundamental rights.
• Consent — for marketing emails or other optional communications where required by applicable law. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
• Legal obligation — where processing is required to comply with applicable law.

How we use information

We use your information to operate the service, authenticate your account, save your scripts and preferences, process payments, verify Discord access, provide customer support, send product-related emails such as onboarding and trial reminders, and analyze product usage to improve the Tunez experience.

Billing and payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Tunez does not store full payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the processing of your payment information.

Service providers

We use the following third-party services to operate Tunez:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional and onboarding email delivery, including delivery, open, click, and bounce events
• PostHog — product analytics
• Discord — optional account verification and access to the Tunez community, support, and feedback channels

These providers may process your data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

Data retention

We retain account and script data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to comply with legal obligations. Billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or anonymized form. You can request account deletion by contacting support.

Cookies and analytics

Tunez uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We also use PostHog to understand how users interact with the product and to improve the service. PostHog may use cookies or local storage to collect usage data.

Onboarding emails may use tracking pixels and rewritten links supplied by Resend to record delivery, opens, clicks, and bounces. Open tracking can be affected by email-client privacy features. Tunez stores the email sequence step and destination host, path, and UTM parameters for clicks, but does not store webhook IP addresses or user-agent strings.

Tunez Companion

Tunez Companion adds a Tunez Scripts card to Zen Studio Live Home and sends a GPC script selected by the user from Tunez to the Editor for Build & Run and optional programming of Slot 1.

Tunez is an independent product. Cronus Zen is a trademark of Collective Minds Gaming Co. Ltd. References to Cronus Zen and Zen Studio Live are used solely to describe compatibility. Tunez is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Collective Minds Gaming Co. Ltd.

Data processed

The extension processes the names of saved Tunez scripts, generated GPC code, the selected Tunez source and script, and the status of the latest send. It uses the existing authorized Tunez browser session to request the selected script, but does not access or store your password or other sign-in credentials.

Use, transfer, and storage

A transfer starts only after an explicit user action in Tunez, the extension popup, or the Tunez Scripts card embedded in Zen Studio Live Home. The generated GPC and script name are transferred only from Tunez to Zen Studio Live for the requested operation. The selected source, selected script identifier, and final result of the latest send are stored locally through chrome.storage. If generation succeeds but deployment fails, the last generated GPC and its filename are also stored locally so the Download fallback remains available after the popup is reopened or the embedded card is revisited. That fallback is removed when a new send starts or deployment succeeds.

Tunez Companion sends operational deployment events to Tunez and PostHog so a requested transfer can be verified from generation through its final result. These events contain a request identifier, whether the request came from Tunez, the extension popup, or the embedded Zen Studio Live card, the extension version, workflow stage, error code, duration, and whether programming Slot 1 was requested. Deployment telemetry does not contain generated GPC code, script names, passwords, or other sign-in credentials. Extension data is not sold or used for advertising or creditworthiness decisions. Tunez staff may access limited operational event data only to diagnose and improve transfers.

Chrome permissions and site access

• storage — stores the selected Tunez source, selected script, final result, and a failed deployment's generated GPC fallback locally.
• alarms — schedules delivery retries for operational deployment telemetry after temporary network failures. It does not access browsing history or start a script deployment.
• debugger — temporarily attaches only to the Zen Studio Live tab to import GPC and start the requested Build & Run or Slot 1 programming action, then detaches when the operation finishes.
• https://usetunez.com/* — retrieves the selected saved script through the user's current browser session.
• https://zenstudio.collectivemindsstore.com/* — adds the packaged Tunez Scripts card to Zen Studio Live Home, imports GPC into the Editor, and starts Build & Run or optional Slot 1 programming.

Zen Studio Live integration and remote code

Because Zen Studio Live does not provide a public editor-import API, Tunez Companion's packaged integration logic imports Zen Studio Live's same-origin editor module within the Zen Studio Live tab. This interaction is limited to that tab. JavaScript is not downloaded from Tunez or executed as extension code, and the transferred GPC is user-selected content rather than JavaScript used by the extension.

Limited Use

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@usetunez.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children

Tunez is not directed at children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
