Terms of service

1. Service

Tunez is a web-based SaaS platform that provides a visual configuration tool for generating Cronus Zen-compatible GPC scripts. Tunez does not modify, patch, or inject code into any game, application, or platform. Tunez does not interact with game memory, game files, or game servers in any way. The user independently generates a script configuration through the Tunez interface and is solely responsible for transferring and using it on their own device.

Tunez is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Collective Minds Gaming Co. Ltd., Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft Corporation, Nintendo Co. Ltd., or any game developer or publisher. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for compatibility identification purposes.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to use Tunez. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User responsibility and third-party rules

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Tunez complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements, including but not limited to the End User License Agreements (EULA), terms of service, and community guidelines of any game, platform, or publisher.

Tunez makes no representation or warranty that use of scripts generated through the service is permitted under any third-party agreement. Rules and enforcement policies of third-party platforms may change at any time without notice. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with using controller input automation, including but not limited to account suspension, permanent bans, loss of in-game progress, virtual items, or access to purchased content.

Tunez is intended for personal, lawful use only. You agree not to use the service in any manner that violates applicable law or any third-party agreement.

4. Billing and refunds

Tunez offers a 3-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. After the trial ends, a subscription charge applies. Promotional pricing is currently $9.99 per month for the first 3 months, then $12.99 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

The first subscription payment is refundable upon request. Subsequent payments are non-refundable as they represent continued, conscious use of the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer any part of the service, or use Tunez in violation of applicable law or these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Tunez product, branding, and site content remain the property of Tunez unless stated otherwise. You retain rights to the configuration data you create. By using the service, you grant Tunez a limited license to store, process, and back up your configuration data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tunez does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any specific third-party software, device, platform, or game. Tunez does not warrant that scripts generated through the service will function as expected on any specific device or in any specific context.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tunez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of gaming accounts, in-game items, virtual currency, progress, or access to purchased content, even if Tunez has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Tunez's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Tunez in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $30, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tunez and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or agreements.

10. Suspension and termination

Tunez reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued access poses legal or reputational risk to the service. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

13. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tunez regarding the service and supersede all prior agreements. Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. Tunez may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
